Japanese Peach Roll Cake


Japanese Peach Roll Cake
Ingredient:

  • egg white X5
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • sugar 130g
  • egg yolkX 11
  • vegetable Oil 50g
  • milk 60g
  • cake flour 100g
  • vanilla oil 1tsp
  • square pan 41cmX26vm
  • peach can 1/2
  • whipping cream (beaten) 60g
  • corn starch 30g

Part I

Step#1 (Vanilla cake)
Turns on the oven with 350F
Step#2
Mixes the egg yolk and 30g of sugar together then adds the vegetable oil 
Step#3
Mixes the cake flour and the milk together then mixes with Step#2 then set aside
Step#4
Mixes the egg white, lemon juice and 50g sugar together and beats it until it looks stiff and creamy
Step#5
Mix Step#4 and Step#3 together, then place it into the square pan then bakes it for 10 minutes
Step#6
After it is done, places it on a cool table

PartII (Tiger cake)

Step #1 
beats the egg yolk and the sugar together until it looks white and creamy 
Step#2
adds the corn starch into the Step#1 and mixes them slowly
Step#3 
pours the Step#2 into a square pan then bakes it with 400F for 10 minutes
Step#4
After it is done, places it on a cool table

PartIII

Step#1
mixes the beaten whipping cream and the sliced peach together, then set aside
Step#2
evenly spread Step#1 on the vanilla cake, then rolls the cake tightly
Step#3
uses the tiger cake to wrap the vanilla roll cake
Step#4
uses the plastic wrap to wrap the roll cake then puts it into the fridge at least two hours
Step#5
take it out from the fridge then slices it
