Vanilla Souffle

Vanilla Souffle
Ingredient:
  • Milk 75g
  • A Egg
  • Unsalted butter 10g
  • Cake flour 15g
  • Sugar 20g
  • Two cups 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla oil
Step#1
Beats the egg yolk and set aside.
Step#2
Heats the milk until it boils
Step#3
Adds the beaten egg yolk into the boiling milk and keep stir it, then add the vanilla oil and the cake flour.
Step#4
Place the mixture from Step#3 in a bowl and heats it for 30 seconds. ( you need to keep stir the mixture while you are heating it). Set aside.
Step#5
Beats the egg white for one minute then add the sugar.
Step#6
Beats the egg white and sugar until the it becomes stiff.
Step#7
Turn on the oven with 350F
Step#8
Add the egg white from Step#6 into the egg yolk from Step#4 and mix them slowly and smoothly. 
Step#9
Add some water in a tray and place the cups on the tray then pour the mixture from Step#8 into the cups.
Step#10 
Bake the souffle for 15 minutes.
PS. The best time for serving the Souffle is right after it is done!
